M E M O R A N D U M
In pursuance to the provisions of Rule - 3 of the Tripura
Factories Rules, 2007 applications in prescribed forms (Form
1 or Form 2, as the case may be) are invited from individual
person(s) or institution(s), intending to be recognized as
competent person(s) for the purpose of the Factories
Act,1948 and Rules made there under having the following
qualifications and
experiences as given in the Schedule appended to this
Rule.The prescribed application form and the Schedule of
qualification and experience may be obtained from the office
of the under-signed on any working day within working hours.
